Nothing too big or small
Most houses on the island don’t need one big job, they need a dozen small ones. A roller door that sticks, pavers that have sunk, a fence post gone soft at the base, weatherboards that have seen too many winters. That list is exactly what we’re good at.

Jobs we do
Every job below is one we’ve actually done for someone on the island. Not sure if yours fits? Ring David and ask, it’s quicker than guessing.
Colorbond fences supplied and put up, and old ones patched properly. When the posts have rotted in their concrete, David will repair them rather than talk you into a whole new fence.
Carport roller doors installed, and tired old roller doors brought back to life. Deadlocks fitted while we’re there.
Splashbacks tiled, overhead cupboards fitted, new timber-look floors laid right through the house. The photos on this page are straight off our own jobs.
Weatherboards and window frames replaced, painting done, pavers relevelled and regrouted, driveways resurfaced. The whole facelift, not just the one fix.
Flat-pack pergolas built to the manufacturer’s specs, with extra fixings so they stay put in an island wind. Sheds rebuilt, yards levelled with the mini loader and excavator.
Tree removal and pruning, and a fast response when the weather turns: tarping, saving what can be saved, then rebuilding.
Fix it, don’t replace it
Ollie had fence posts rotted inside their concrete footings. The local fencers only wanted to quote a full rebuild. David repaired the posts instead, and the fence stayed.

When the weather turns
Island storms don’t wait for business hours. When Colleen’s shed lost its roof, David and the boys were there in the middle of it, getting her things out, tarping what was left, then rebuilding the shed.
